You could be me. I wake up at 3:00 a.m. for work and by the time I clock out, pick the kids up, eat dinner, put the kids to bed (on top of household stuff), and get ready for the next day, I'm lucky to be ready for bed by 10:00 p.m. The only positive thing about it all is I have a sleep disorder that doesn't allow me to sleep but for 3 hours at a time.
