Help with server browser

Every time i start server browser apllication it says:
failed to resolve host name
version is 0.1
What should i do?

I have downloaded new version from authors jitspoe and terrorist but again in left botom angle says failed to resolve hostname

Do you have a firewall or anti-virus software blocking serverbrowser.exe from accessing the Internet?

i have added in firewall on exceptions but always says in right bottom down, failed to resolve hostname.
how can i check does my antivirus blocking server browser?

Failed to resolve hostname means on my computer, that you're not currently connected to the internet. If you're using wireless make sure your wireless is switched on, on your laptop, and thorougholy check your router to see if a network cable is unplugged..
