Locs menu

Hi
I wanted to please someone if he can upload menu for creating locs :)
I wrote few people about it and they dont have it yet.
So i would be happy if someone would send me a link :)

Here's it.
Put it into your "menus" folder and when playing the game type: "menu loc" without "" in console.

I'm not sure if this is the default one but it might work.
