If you know html, then show me a darn good website. I wont believe your some web designing pro until I see some pro websites. That's not offensive, it's common sense.

HTML isn't the hard part.  CSS and cross-browser compatibility is.

Grrrr, CSS has been my archenemy for years. Yet I usually find some ways to work around it, and learn only the tidbits that I need for projects.

And then a month ago when I start working with Joomla, what do I need to edit templates? CSS.... grrrr :P   At least I could manage to get what I wanted...

I wish I had a best friend who coded, but we're all designers, and all have the same stumbling blocks LOL   :/

It's only question of time. Good graphics preview, html+css working, php+js+etc implements.. I'll vote for new redesign + remake this webs..

Bump.

Was bored, made this mockup. Shows how we could have some of the changes without too much effort or a completely new theme. It'd also be nice to have a well-made trailer to put up like the warsow site, maybe some of the people making frag movies could band together and do something like that.

Looks good :)

But we need to make sure, that the last forum posts are not "Speedhack: ...", "Cheat Detected: ...", "Demo Request: ...", "Multiple Accounts: ..." and "Digital Paintball 2, dying or no?". That won't be good for new players...

Well that's a question.. Latest forum posts are simply latest forum posts and no matter if it's speedhack, cheat, demo or whatever else..., but I agree that it won't help new players.

Anyway, looks great.

It'd also be nice to have a well-made trailer to put up like the warsow site

Looks awesome ViciouZ. Only thing I'd add to the Getting Started bit would be something like
"Click here to create an account"

Nice inovation :)
Maybe you would add 2-3 pictures of DP into "What is digital paintball 2?" I see there is a picutre of the day but when you name it like this it can be anything even some nicely looking desktop of somebody. And when new player come he doesnt know how the game looks like.

+1 for layout
+1 for video
+1 for Opera user :]
-1*10^999 for lazy implementation. There are soo much plans (loading screen? promotion video? new layout? and much more) and i see no changes. Don't just propose, implement!

1. Jitspoe is the only one who can implement this particular idea. So all we can do is propose it.
2. -1 to the power of 999 equals -1.

"2. -1 to the power of 999 equals -1." - IK... :] But changed as you want :]
"1. Jitspoe is the only one who can implement this particular idea. So all we can do is propose it." - IK that too... But if no one please jitspoe, he won't do that ... So, Jitspoe, Please, Add some bigger features than bugfixes, cause i see no difference from b23 to b31 -.-' (all builds on i played...)

@ViciouZ site design +1 Great! But frame with "welcome massage" (What is Digital Paint: Paintball 2.0?) must be more highlighted, more visible. Maybe different background color with different frame (border)?

Sorry for my bad English. :(
