cokecola that is the worst attempt at editing I have ever seen. Come back when you don't try to edit pictures. There's 3 ways that I can see it is edited (and none of them have to do with mirc itself)...

edit: 4 ways, and I'm sure more if I actually looked at the picture.

1. PNG - means he had to open it in an editor, then re-save it after editing it.
2. He used a paintbucket to change the bkg from white to grey.
3. At full scale there is artifacts around certain text.
4. Something to check for changes which I don't reveal.

If you want other reasons not related to the image itself:
1. He cropped the full ss, why? it shows editing and hiding of things.
2. Look in the top left corner... It shows the GG connection. Then it shows Query... No channels, so he obviously was only using mirc at that time to make a MoFo chat? How convenient...
3. Why not bring it up when you get the logs? A good time to make some is after you claim you have some.
4. Blah Blah Blah... We can analyze it all day. If you still want to prove its true cokecola, find a GG admin and have them check the logs and tell us...

Ok umm i am new to irc i was in only one channel pop and MoFo was there so idc u can say what u want and yes i changed the backround so u can see it better so what else yes i cropped that because u dont need to know My real name then why not i am not a big ssnitch But when u lie.

Please give me the time and date of the convo and I will check with a GlobalGamers admin for server logs. (To see the time and date go to tools>log files>then type his name, and you'll get the time and date of the convo) If you give me that I will help verify it for you. If not, quit typing in this topic.
