Ipod, WiFi help

Kay i have an ipod and I cant remember the password to connect to my wifi. I looked up how i can retrieve it on the internet and a video told me to type 'admin' in the password box on my ipod and it will connect me. Well the password works but it wont connect me. blah blah blah

How can I get into my wifi or get my password or make a new password so that i can look up porn on my ipod late at night? Help me DP community; you're my only hope!

call your internet provider and say you dont know your password and they will send you to a page and will tell you what to do (and you dont even need your parents or any off that)

If you don't know the password to your wifi then you cannot retrieve it without special wifi crackers. They go especially good with wifi cheese. Your ISP will most likely have no record of your internal network password either. If your internet service is DHCP you can reset your router without worrying about anything. Resetting is different than rebooting. Press and hold the reset button on your router for 30 seconds and then reboot the router. This restores it to factory defaults and allows open wifi. You will then need to log into your router's interface and rename the network and set up encryption again.

get your Router IP. (cmd--> ipconfig --> gateway IP)

Open iexplore --> type in your "gateway IP"
User: Admin
Pass: 1234, 12345 or password (95% chance)

and change the Pass in the Wlan Settings.

Thats what I thought too but I looked at the little router with the antenna, the little modem in my room, and the giant modem attached to the cable but no stickers. I'll take a look at Henrods link so I'll see.

I had this problem too, so if Henrod's link doesn't work. Did your WiFi thinger come with a CD?(mine did) If so load it up, and it should let you setup a new WiFi, and just put a new password and change the name of it if you like. And it should work, if not i'm sorry for wasting your time
