Somebody know how to make the sky white?

You can make an own, white sky and change the normal sky to it in each map. The command is "sky yourskyname", but a server admin can disable that feature.

The command to disable it is "sv_forcesky 1". You should make it for match servers.

A overly white sky that gives a distinct advantage can and will get you banned from the game. BTW.
