Game: You don't need to copy or move any folders to a special place. Just install the full version from this page:
http://digitalpaint.org/files/

BSP: Here is an installer, that should be the easiest way to get it. Install it directly on c:\ -> it will create an own bsp folder and a desktop icon. If you installed the game to "c:\games\paintball2", you don't need to do anything else. If you installed the game to another path, you have to edit the path in the file "c:\bsp\pfad.txt".
ftp://otb-server.de/pub/BSP%20-%20Map%20Editor/BSP_setup.exe

You can change the controls ingame (Setup -> Controls).

What do you mean with "saved games from bsp"?
*.map files must be in "c:\bsp\pball2\quake2\pball\mapfiles" to open them in bsp.
*.bsp files must be in "c:\games\paintball2\pball\maps" (or its subfolders) to open them in paintball.
If you compile a new map in bsp, the *.bsp file will automatically be copied into "c:\games\paintball2\pball\maps\inprogress".

Can you explain it a bit more? What did you do? Which map file? Maybe upload it and post a screenshot from your bsp.

You haven't downloaded the map yet.

Most of the available maps can be found here: ftp://otb-server.de/pub/Maps/

Once you have downloaded the map, place it in the following folder: ...\Paintball2\pball\maps

Looks like you've installed paintball2 to a directory that doesn't have write access.

Normally the game should download the map, if you don't have it. Does it start the download or comes that message directly?

For bsp: Open your map, go to "Export" in the menu and choose "3 final compile.bat". It creates the bsp file then. That need some minutes or for complex map some hours.

the message comes directly but before i re-downloaded paintball it automaticly downloaded it. (i am using the same account)

and on my games in bsp bullets bounce off of things so do i have to do some coding or what?
