Unable to strafe jump on my server

usually you can jump around on your server but for some reason you are unable to get going very fast if you know why this is happening i would really appreciate some help

You maybe enabled air acceleration. It prevents players from strafe jumping. Try "sv_airacceleration 0" to disable it.
