how do you use ogg vorbis

i have no idea how to add the ogg files for music any help would be appreciated  ???

1. Acquire ogg files
2. Make a folder in "pball" called "music"
3. Put ogg files in music folder
4. Cry

now they are playing but they sound speeded up

i think that you might have to use constant bitrate files or that might happen. alternatively, don't use the OGG system and we can just remove it and spare people the trouble

I'm not sure if the ogg gets resampled.  The issue might be that the game runs sound at 48khz and most music is done at 44khz.  Having ogg support isn't a bad thing -- I might use it for in-game menu music or something, but you might as well just run a media player in the background if you just want to play music while the game is running.
