Hello Digital Paint: Paintball 2.0 community. I'm trying to give back to this community now, and I hope it helps!

As I see it, new players are hard to come by, but looking at all the accounts created I assume it's due to the lack of help available. I'm goinng to try and fix this, all help is welcomed and appreciated. I'll be honest, I can't map, I can't create models, I can't create textures, but what I can do is play this game. By making basic How-To's I can use my strengths to hopefully help the game. I'm going to create written how-to's and then turn them into video's on a generic youtube channel. Please do help in any way possible, whether it be giving advice or actually helping make videos or guides.

I will post my guides as I finish them, for your criticism and then hopefully turn them into their own threads, maybe even get them stickied if their good enough. I did them fast, so there is plenty of room for more detail! Please help!

If anyone has any more idea's on How-To's please feel free to inform me! Again, all help is greatly appreciated!!! I might not
be able to make videos for all of them (Since I'm not familiar with them all), but I'll do my best to get my youtube channel noticed and hopefully it becomes a resource for new players!

Another side project I am planning (which is on hold till i get unbanned obviously) is creating a training or practice squad
for new players. I have a few people willing to help with that, so even if I stay banned I'll do my best to help with it. I'll
be putting up a website and ventrilo server once it gets going to stay organized. I may also be putting up private servers which will be more for the practices then public match servers.

More information to come! And I'll update everytime I finish something!

Ok so i decided to stay up and make a new how to vid that consists of how to get Ventrilo, Teamspeak 3, and Mumble. i also went the extra mile on how to set-up your mic/headset/push to talk and some servers for Teamspeak3 and Ventrilo. any comments good or bad will be appreciated and any ideas for my next vids will be helpful. 1) Explain what you're doing while doing it, instead of: 'uhh so you go here, then here, then here'
2) It's easier to just copy the folder instead of copying every picture
3) Why is there like 3mins of nothing?
4) Guess you weren't lying when you said you really wanted back and were going to prove it. This may not be 'a lot' but it's a good start. Goodluck. Hope you get your bantime reduced to a deserved length.

EDIT: You just posted saying you did an IRC thing, explaining what you made a mistake on. After you work on a few and get used to it, (if you feel it's useful and people are noticing it), then you should go back and fix old ones to make them all good. Who knows, they may lead to tutorials on this website to help people!

i will work on the other vids sometime this week. i really suck at doing this and i'm trying to learn how to edit and make montages asap. any help with teaching me is really really helpful.

EDIT: can anyone make like a Digital Paintball2 backround so i can pimp out my youtube chan. or if someone can teach me how to do it. i used to know how but i forgot. like the backround from this site is coll but id like the digital paint paintball2 heading to be everywhere. many thanks to who ever helps

ok it has been brought to my attention that when i said i would be putting up private servers i ment I'd be buying match servers which are for our private practices. one person on mIRC told me this so i thought i would clear it up by saying it would be like a match server, not a home ran private server. i would actually be buying them possibly like i have in the past.

thanks joonas for bring this to my attention so i could clarify it for others that might be mistaken to.

He was relating it to people making license plates in jail. If one person makes more than the others, he's not getting his sentence reduced because of it.

This is the type of post that is so stupid. Who cares? That's your opinion, he's trying to help so support the topic instead of why you think he's doing it. Either way, he's doing it. And yes this COULD help him because all the bans were ARE getting relooked at. They are set at that length until Jitspoe sorts it out (distributors etc..) he's just not been motivated to look into it. Chem showing he cares and wants to help may get noticed, and if it's truly well done could help his case get looked at faster. Don't post when you don't know the circumstances.
