If you look on Nani's profile it says his name is rado, and i happen to have a screeny of nanusss answering to that name... coincidence they have the same name?

Here it is. Nanusss is using the name dont worry in the screenshot. Someone asks him for a match I believe, calling him rado and he responds to this.

I believe rado.0 is a "newbie" that normally only plays on [OTB]Speed.

Rado.0 can be excluded, this is some pubstars who is not related in any way. Jano, can you let us know which account your brother is currently using?

As for Nani being able to play while Jano is banned, no idea.
