make your crosshair, you said goggles around your screen. That would depend on how big your screen is. When you find out. go to gimp and open it up.
go to i suggest practice first.
File->new
Width: 64
Height: 64
and click ok.
(Im just teaching you how to make a cross.)
Zoom in so its a good size. Press shift +.
Select the paintbrush in the toolbox.
Left click in the top left corner. Then press shift and drag to the bottom right corner and left click. Do that with the top right corner and bottom left corner.
Now go to: Layer->Transparency->Color to Alpha...
In the preview box make sure that the part you want to be able to see through is the gray squares. If not click the white box thats after
From:
click ok.
Now go to Save As...
In the box next to Name: write ch20.tga
now go to c:/games/paintball/pball/pics
and click save.
Another box will come up. Just click save.
Now open up paintball2
open console with the ~ key. Then type into it a map you want just anymap(e.g shock) you would do: map shock
shock will load. Open up the console again and type: crosshair 20
Congrats you made your first crosshair!
