Everytime i play paintball in the evening I get laggs and a high ping. But only in the evening! I don't know why and i dont know how to clear that problem...

It is due to high traffic on ur Internet service Provider. It can't be resolved by the client so you have to complain ur ISP and they may resolve the problem by increasing power of their nearest router.

You could always run around the neighborhood and cut the cables to all the other houses.  That would probably speed things up a bit.

Seriously, though, run some bandwidth speed tests and complain to your ISP if you're not getting the rates advertised with their service.

or do a strike with other users to make ISP give you strong bandwidth and stability
