As for unbanning: Jitspoe doesn't care about what community says. He only has HIS committee to get opinions he likes.
However if there is enough demand, I can give evading tools to toxic. I don't care if I get banned for it, either change jitspoe attitude or die trying.
As for my input for this: Toxiic has been wasting my time in past, so probably if he got back he wouldn't do any better than he did. That's just my opinion.

Jitspoe: If you want my input as to what to change: Make various decisions with help of community. Not your puppy committee, everyone who has knowledge about game and has been around for some time should get to vote on those matters. Example questions: Should I Improve bots? Should we make bans shorter? Should I ban sunmans textures?
Those shouldn't be only to make false impression people got any control, those should be decision-making for you for big part. If 80% wants sunmans textures, you don't fight it.

Multiple accounts, cheating, evading bans, hijacking a bunch of old players accounts and messing with their clans (to the point where I had to disable password recovery because he messed up so many accounts)... if this is how a "good" player behaves, I sure hope we don't get any bad ones.

This seems as if it would be a good idea, but the flaw is that it pretty much guarantees that Toxiic will be unbanned. What's he gonna do, say, "no I've not learned my lesson, please keep me banned?" What we could do instead is judge his behavior on the forums to see if he looks like someone who deserves to be unbanned. I disagree with community vote because there will be some noobs (I for example) who have never known what it's like to have Toxiic actually playing. The only people who should be allowed to vote are those who joined ~4.5 or more years ago.
