Do you mean an actual full-scale tournament, or just a clan match?  Considering you were just asking about joining clans earlier, I assume you just want to participate in a clan match.  The best way is probably to ask around on IRC, or find some other way to get in touch with other clan leaders and see if they want to match.

I just wanted a friendly match my clan against another. my clan is the clan <SoFt> software. 3 members have to match that can be 2x2 or 3x3.

Ask around in-game with a mate, ask someone in IRC..... You need to be a bit closer with other players in a clan in order to host a friendly match...
