Why you didn't give points for first round?

Good game guys! I liked it.

But for the next time, it should be played in another time than on saturday evening, if it's possible. Sunday evening would be perfect :)

^This! :D

Saturday evening is simply the worst time to gather as many players as possible I think^^
Next time Sunday evening or at least Friday? :)

btw: congratz to vT! And JMR, you have hosted a great tourney!

Weekdays are the worst time to run a tournament. Why? Because you're trying to get the ENTIRE community to participate. With timezones, you cannot get europeans and americans on a weekday.

That leaves Sat/Sun. When it involves potentially staying up really late for europeans (since it starts at night to allow americans to play in their mornings) it typically makes more sense to do it on a saturday than sunday because this game used to be filled with highschoolers who couldn't stay up too late on a school night. The games evolved to mostly people outside of highschool, so Sunday likely would be the best day.

Sry, but i dont understand your points JMR. :D

because: >>g2<< wins vs @ and @ win no round and you want say they are on the same place?

and

because: >>g1<<= win loose win loose / spec= win loose win loose and spec are two places better than g1?

you need to work on your points :D

p.s. I saw you missed the first round.

Sry, our teams get no information of the first round as a qualifier round.

Clans who play well win points.

This sentence is incorrect to your points award.

I don't think it's so fair. Two good teams play against each other in this "qualifier" round (for example this tournament .oXz. vs vF') and winner after well-played game will get nothing. You should do, that the best clans from total ranking (for example) will start from the second round to avoid this.

If all start in a same round, the points are fair. But not like this. And believe me if you give the info that we start in a qualifier, i had not played. g2 have the same points like @ but they come after quali in the winnersround but they on same lvl? at and @ loose first match and come to loosers round and loose their next match but ONLY an other position in the bracket, @ have more points?

sry tournament was nice but points are not fair

You could also try out higher and lower bracket after a group stage as a format. Pretty common in esports nowadays I think. (I only know of Dota 2 soo)

One thing I'm quite confused about. The losing teams in the first round lose 2 points, but the winners didn't gain 2. Why? And why in some rounds teams gain/lose 3 instead of 2?

I understand the problem with 13 teams in a good bracket. But the points are not fair. you tell me from a qualificationround after the tournament. ok i cant listen and you cant write it in front of the rules. but we have nothing (in points) from the win in the quali like: @ and g2 or g1 and vf, vf win two times in the l-round so they need to start like other teams with 20 points... two wins are 24 and one loss so 22 if i work with your points. so they need to have more points like g1 or not?

for you jmr :D why have @ more points as at?
