Was wondering if you could make a special exemption of the no sub rule? I cannot play every week and would love to play with my clan #sPec# with which I have no other mates other than fluke and JMR, can I play with them? I was wondering what is the point in this rule?

There is no special reason for that. I think one hour / week for a match is possible. And you can move your match for one week, if the other team accept it.
