Time to see/feel/sense something (brain time)

and react (send a command to the muscle) to do something.
It takes about 100 ms to withdraw your hand from a hot stove eye,
that would be 0.1 second.
Under 0.11sec are prediction clicks where your brain collects data and give you signal of prediction that the thing can happen. The right reaction time can't be under 0.11sec.
