haha, darn...now I need to use encoding and not give tools...I smell an ENCRYPTION CHALLENGE!

er...not encryption yet, t-shirts, found this one a while back and spent a bit working on this one and then finally got what I was supposed to do with it to solve it.

Alright, so you're a little booger, now explain yourself, shouldn't be that hard, if your google-fu is good enough you should only have to copy and paste the explination and process of deciphering it.
