limits

Is there a limit on how much can go in the config. file?

I put a large menu script into mine, and it gives me a "overflow" message when I load my config. in the game.

Put the menu one in it's own config, and have your primary config exec the menu one.

I don't know if that would help any, since it all still needs to go into the same command buffer, and that (fixed-size) buffer is probably what's causing the issue.

Yeah the buffer kills me. Any chance to increase it?

jits, i remember you saying that for build 17 everything can be modified by config files. would this include the buffer size?

Put the menu one in it's own config, and have your primary config exec the menu one.

how would i do that? with "seta exec <file>.cfg"?

Email your mega config file to jitspoeAyahooDcom and I'll see what's necessary to increase to make it work.

My god tom, what's so secretive in your binds that you don't want anyone to know about? That double jump script?

So if I have a separate config file that has everything in it, it would add to the normal config file?
I used to do that so 2 different players could exec. their own prefs when they played.

If I was Jitspoe, the next build of DP would have full config uploading to dpball.com in the background... I'd have to see what you were hiding. Plus, it can correctly be passed off as an anti-cheat measure!

I will be sure to read the EULA before installing ;)

Yes, its my double jump script, because I didn't post that in a seperate thread or anything. :P

Now if you could just script up a recipe for Jim Beam Black, we'd have something :)
