Serverbrowser won't run

I've been meaning to post this for awhile now.  But I havn't gotten around to it.

I can't use the serverbrowser on my computer.  When I try to it says.

This application has failed to start because MSVCP70.dll was not found.  Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

And I have, and it's the same.
