I've only been playing bass for about a month, But i've been playing guitar bout about 9 years. Bass is pretty much the same except you play one note, making it a whole lot easyier.

I'm not that big, That's why the bass looks huge. =p

Bass isn't 'easier'. You can't really compare it to guitarplaying. Check this bassplayers out.

He got both, amazing technique and feeling. Get the bass grooving is more difficult than just being fast (so it is on guitar. it's not a really big deal to sweep-pick a whole solo, but to combine tapping, sweeping and whatnot with feeling/groove.)

I'm not trying to be arrogant or offend you. I play guitar and bass too, but i just wanted to correct the 'bass is easier than guitar because you only pick single notes' thing ;]

It's easyier when your playing stuff like I do. Although you do put up a very good argument.
Lets just say it's easy when you're playing new rock stuff like I do.

i think you should judge bass and guitar ( well.. i think you shouldn't judge or compare them anyway, but whatever) by videos which show things _can_ be done (highend?). not by a video of someone playing some easy stuff. But as i allready said, i wouldn't compare them anyway

I can imitate an entire orchestra with a single triangle. Is playing the triangle hard now too?

depends :]. Let's agree to not judging instruments whether they are hard to play or not. Feeling 'carried' with music is, what is worth to listen to/play, ok?
