To add a bot simply bring down console (~ [left to the "1" - for non Americans]) and type addbot.

Did you first check to see that the answer given was correct? Because it was, the problem was solved a week ago, why didn't you just leave it alone?

You don't have to type the sv_ part you can just type addbot as bitmate said.
