Mut, my posts were not directed at you. you have always been friendly to me and you never have kicked/gibbed me. it's just some of the other admins that i have a problem with. Sorry for not being more specific to whom I was referring to.

  Did anyone else notice that Micro has stopped kicking/gibbing people also?  I don't know what his problem was a couple of weeks ago but he was playing like crap and kicking people for pointing it out... actually it was quite funny to see him get so peeved... but as we know Micro can be down 4-15 and climb back to 40-18.
  Somehow his name hasn't been included in the admin abusers.  Of course the best news is that some other people don't have login, I won't mention tour's name or anything but theres a few that it would be nice to put on perm ignore... 
  Then there's the kick someone so an admin or whoever can join... not sure how you choose who to kick but it's still lame in my opinion. And yes I know the "it's our server and we'll do what we want" excuse.
  Some of the replies seem to be giving Snipen credit for being mature and taking responsibility. I don't see what he said that was so mature or responsible. We all knew he has a heavy finger over the kick/gib keys.  I'd rather see him show us a better administration than just saying "It was all me".
  Anyway I know I'm not helping but this behind us but after playing today it's obviously not behind us.  Please try to remember that you're providing a public server so accept the fact that the public is using it.

Well, guess what...  In ANOTHER effort to make the servers better, the PASSWORDS have all been changed as of today.   Your right... Your not helping anything...  What is it that was done to you recently and how can we remedy the problem?  This isn't about giving anyone credit and if you have been playing the servers recently you would know that a concerted effort is being made by Snipen as well as all the present admin to STOP admin abuse. NO KICKS or BANs, at least to my knowledge, have been given withought warning or cause. Please remember that unless your Jesus himself, your NOT perfect either and as much as you and I have heckled each other over the years I'd be suprised to find that you were the idiot that kept coming on with the smart ass names like Try-to-kick-me or whatever that was and repeatedly mouthing off in front of all the DP'ers. At least tonight, that was the ONLY person kicked from Pub 1

Accept the fact that we want an enjoyable place for all to come to play DP and are doing our part to make it better for everyone.  What will you do to make it better?

You're as wrong as ususal, Legend was kicked by snipen(itsme) during blitz so sharon or maybe you could join. I also saw a viewgib and a kick for mouthing off... not that it matters but don't lie to me about what's going on when you were right there too.  I don't have a demo but you don't believe them anyway, so don't believe me if you don't want to.
 Some background that led up to my name... Before you got there, Loial comes on the server and screams about colors. I had been playing several maps with the colors just fine.  Then snipen asks me to please change it.. that's fine, he doesn't even bother to spell my name right, but after Lioal overflows a couple of times I change it.  Meanwhile, snipen is in the process of telling me I'm gonna be banned... nice.  So Lioal plays for like 3 minutes and then leaves... hardly worth changing my name over.  Then he comes back on the next map and proceeds to tell me that my name is the biggest problem in pball. Well... my name was fine before he came on and started overflowing... maybe if he didn't screw with his settings it wouldn't happen.  My name was "kickemifyoucan" not kickmeifyoucan. I wasn't asking to be kicked and had removed the colors as asked, although others had colors and weren't threatened with a ban.. yet I was still be harassed because I was doing a good job camping snipen. After a bit snipen asked me to change it... it had no colors why should I change it?  If you think I was mouthing off then you should have told me, I was trying to find out what it was that was wrong with the name.  I saw no reason and apparently nieither did he because he dropped it after I pointed out the were no colors in it. But I changed it anyway.  Maybe next time I'll use the nick MutCalledMeAnIdiotAndItReallyHurtMe.  I think you're just mad because you've played for seven years, are a lpb and still suck.  Since noone is perfect why even bother... if you think I've been heckeling you over the years then you're not the typical pballer... you figure it out.
  Another thing I saw on painted forest was snipen do a one-man backdoor.  That was nice, even with the reduced jumping height... wish I could do that... I guess reducing the height only works for some of us...
  Then TourPro comes on the server harrasing Redx the whole time, now I don't give a rats ass about Redx but tour wouldn't let up and Redx wasn't saying as much as usual.  So I told hiim to leave him alone.  Obviously it didn't stop him but at least I said something.
  You know I ususally am not the one to start problems on the server, but I do tend to react to them, sometimes badly but it's almost always provoked.
   You asked me what I will do to make "it" better. What is "it"?  If you mean the graffitti servers I'll do what I've always done...  play hard and true, help the newbs instead of telling them that they suck.  And I'll stand up for myself if I think it's needed.
  If you mean pball it's the same answer.  I'm not the problem that you seem to think I am. I ususally play and don't say nothing unlike you...  Telling a 14 year old to suck your d1ck is a class act.  Hitting on any female player within sight is amazing, you're a charmer.
  By the way tell Dye he shouldn't say on vent that he's gonna load up his hacks so don't kick him... makes some of us think he's serious...

Im not going to get into this posting war but hobo you are not being truthful in your remarks. We have ask the players not to use the colors from the new builds because it kicks other players and you was ask
nicely to remove the colors, but instead of saying ok (you was told why) you start an all out assault of a verbal war on me and then make your name a wiseacre remark, a challenge , instead of a handle or gaming nick. After several minutes of  smart-alecky remarks I ask you to stop and to change your name to something besides a challenge (kickmeifucan) but you continued your verbal berating and crass remarks that's why you where kicked. Then upon your return of belittling banter you where tbanned. It seamed as you where trying to get kicked just to be able to say " I was abused".  As I predicted to Picasso you ran straight to the forums to proclaim how you where innocent and your superior skill was the reason
you was singled out and picked on. And sure enough you did, how I was surprised to see that it was you Hobo, I just didn't think you where like that. Makes one wonder why you join up under an unknown name every day and start with the mouthing. Termi has done this too why ? to see how far you can push the admins ? get kicked so you can go make a post about your unjust abuse? who knows why, but unlike Termi you do it cowardly , and at least I know he is doing it in good hearted ribbing. And as I posted
in my first post no matter what the circumstance is the kickie is innocent and was abused.

As for kicking someone in blitz I kicked an idler whom ever they where.

And as far as "the reduced jumping height" (they where reduced ?) I don't think it should be changed but I haven't done anything like a hack as you are implying. I use build 9(stopped dl new ones by this point), you use what build you like as everyone does. Hopefully Jits will put the jumping heights in the newer builds as they always have been, and not
restrict the jumps that we all have practice to be able to make. I think most will agree choking down the play by height(lower then where they where) and fps limits suck. I'd hate to see paintball slowed to a rpg where you walk up you the player then type I shoot at thee with mine carbine noobth.(lol)

Anyway like I said Im not going to defend every action and get in this posting war, but i thought this one need to be addressed

  Snipen I was there, it wasn't me that you banned, like I said someone get kicked for mouthing off... if you banned them it wasn't me.  Like I said before the name wasn't kickmeifyoucan it was kickemifyoucan, big difference and not a request to be kicked.
  I don't remember saying anything to you except asking what was wrong with the name, if I did say more to you then it certainly wasn't a all out verbal abuse. When you kicked me for using the name kickemifyoucan I wasn't saying anything to you, when I came back I said something like: You accidentaly kicked me, don't be scared". I did tell lioal what I thought about his remark because that pissed me off, but if you thought I was talking to you then I don't know what to tell ya... it gets confusing when more than one conversation is happening.
  You say I join the server every day and start mouthing?  Not likely, as I said I play the game as best I can untill someone says something which needs a response, like this post where mut said graffitti "saved" pball.  The difference is I can't kick/ban them even if they deserved it. Normally all I say is some recon, gg or ns and that's about it...  so if someones coming on everyday causing crap don't blame it on me.
  I still can't believe how 2 people on the same server can see 2 totally different versions of what's going on.  I don't claim to be innocent of never doing wrong but I don't think you're right about yesterday.
   As far a the backdoor jump I wasn't calling you a hack I said it was nice and I wish I could do it... I saw how you did it but I don't think I can get up that speed. I could do the one-man bd before the height change, you're a bit defensive aren't you?
  And don't preach about using different names, you seem to have plenty of them, except when people start getting kicked or gibbed it's not hard to figure out who you are... mut, bob and uni try to use other names also but again it's not hard to figure it out.  So call me a coward if you want, try playing  on this side of the admin login agaiin for a bit... When I get on Vent and the server is full I always ask if there are any idlers..And if not I wait my turn just like the rest of you... I feel it is unfair to kick someone so I can play.. I have had members come in and ask me to kick so and so in order for them to play.. I only kick idlers and usually it is those who are idle for more than 2 rounds.. If you go idle and say that you are coming back that is fine.. but when I ask you if you are going to play the game and receive no answer I assume you are not there and then you get the boot... I feel that is fair.. I always ask before I kick.. If you answer me then I know you are doing other things or something has came up to take you away from your game.. But to come in and go idle for five to six rounds and not say anything is not fair to those who are trying to come in and play..  Thank Sharon.

Again you have your facts mixed up Hobo... The old color scheme isn't a problem.  It works with the Alpha's all the way up to 6 I beleive.  It is the newer version's color scheme that causes all the problems.

Legend was indeed idle at the time he was kicked.

Hahaha there were 3 others in the game that requested you be kicked because of your annoying taunting. 

I came in towards the end of the Tour and RedX thing so if they were calling each other names or whatever, I wouldn't have really noticed as that kind of heckling is pretty much a part of every online game I've ever seen.

RedX not saying much as usual?? Maybe we should make demos of all the games lol  He had plenty to say at least when I was there.  Red is NOT one to just sit and let someone talk S][iT to him.

Tour came on Ventrilo shortly after I started playing and was talking about kick kick kick being his normal ornery self and I told him that we're trying to get away from the old way of doing things ect... 

I've never claimed Graffiti Servers "saved" paintball However, when Er33t was about to shut down, the option to help them pay for their servers through donations was made available to us but then when we were ready to take them up on the offer they backed out and shutdown.  At that time there were NO Pball Servers other than an occasional one thrown up by cable/dsl users.  Then GRaFFiTi Servers were started...  Shortly after that VCW threw up servers and now there doesn't seem to be a shortage of servers to play on.

Talk about a lie!! Also, anyone that knows me knows I DON'T Date and haven't in over 2 years.  I flirt with Sharon who is very dear to me but she is married and her husband and I have spoken on the phone.  Not that that was really any of your business.

I'd also like to hear what your interpretation of hitting on a female player is but then again maybe I don't.  I know of CrazyLady, Aura, Bastet(who is honorably serving our country in the armed forces over in Afganistan), Erin, and Sharon who play regularly on DP.  I don't say much more than "Hi" or "Hey Sweety" to any of them except Sharon who is my dear friend.

If anyone reads between the lines they can clearly see the arrogance that got you the boot last night being displayed in your posts.

I never thought of you as a S][iT starter but last night and with remarks like the ones in your posts you most definately are beginning to look like one.  Throwing out remarks like that have nothing to do with the subject anyway.

Simply put, you came on the servers to taunt and were annoying many during your time there.  You were asked to stop and did not.  Not only were you kicked by Snipen, your kick came via the request of at least 3 other people that were playing last night.   

A misunderstanding at worst but unlikely based on what I saw.

Hey Guys you kno wi havnt really been around for quite some time but d any of you get any enjoy ment or resoultion of of argueeing  on a internet forum... I mean i rember back on a diffrent forum someone once saying if you dont like it isnt it time to movealong to a diffrent game.
 It may be just me and all but i think everyone is wrong and everyone should tuck your tails and walkl away . Start helping others instead of trying to pinpoint people. i am a fond believer in if you dont like it dont go around it .  i stoped playing because of teh fact that the majority of the old players still female dog and whine and acuse people of hacking ... no mater how good ( am i can say i feel much like a noob playing this compared to what i have been playing )

Sharon if Legend was idle then he should have been kicked from a full server. I've even asked for the idles to be kicked when the server is full so others can get in.

Fist let me apolgize to Snipen for giving Hobot something to whine about .  

 As for leaving blitz so early my new wife is now dealing with a sudden and painful disablity , she needed care and I left without a goodby , that is a very unique comming from me .  I normally explain that I am leaving (brb)and why (bbq/drinkrefill/igottopee) On top of that I always join the "ob" team ,Be sure that if I dont do that , its a dire emergency .  I have been kicked by snipen for doing otherwise . I dont blame him .

   Hobo if you were ever a friend (I consider you and dew very good game mates and yes friends ,despite your current transgression)feel shame for using me as a poor example . Know this if the situations were reversed,  I would acctually feel bad and apologize to you first and to the rest of the forum for spamming this thread with hurtfull and deceitfull rhetoric ,  this community does not need that .

   Do you know what fairness to all is,  by you actions (ie using a know bug/expliot in your names) i am led to belive not , ESPECIALLY if you knew ahead of time that these colors are offensive and knowing you know this why did it take three times of me being kicked and multipul kick warnings (you were asked politely) befor you decided to correct this , then insted of apologizing like any desent person would , like the most dispicable of human actions when you dont get your way you try antagonistism  whats that . Snipen, you and I have not always got along (but that is your fault not mine j/k) , but you have always been fair with me. My Point being that with the exceptions of a few furiously jealious player opinions you are fair person and good dan good admin . You dont need me to tell you this , the players them selfs who constantly female dog but comeback are a testimony to your success as an admin .

I dont lie ever and to Hobo and others what you doing is wrong and antagonistic. I think  most of you to be mature and caring of others , please act like it .

  Yes it was me with the quake2 colors that told you it shouldn't effect you. I wanted to see if it did and to let you know to tell me if it did.  As far as being ataganistic, I don't think so, I didn't know you were being disconnected or disconnecting. You come and go alot and I pay little attenition to it... 
  I don't consider anyone on pball a friend, I have made the choice to isolate myself from the pball community for my own reasons.. if the bots were more of a challenge I'd never come online to play.  I appreciate your friendliy attitude but I've also noticed you ridicule the newbs alot.  I don't see this as a positive thing...  If you think I'm the troublemaker then I guess maybe I am.
  I wasn't gonna respond to this thread anymore but I still think you people are wrong and refuse to admit it, I was changed my name in a timely manner, he asked me to change at the start of a round and told after I was almost ready to grab that I had untill the end of the round to change, however I had already stopped by that point to change when he said that. (if I recall correctly)... it wasn't even a funname name. Just typed in from the keyboard colors with the ctr-k combo. The new names I'm using are from a utility called "gamename".  If it doesn't effect you then great...  Sometimes I did put the colors in my name just to see who they would effect. So I guess that makes me a bad uncaring person... but wait... I care... about myself only.
  Actually there's a couple of people out there that have all the respect I could possibly give to another player, most are noobs trying to compete you "pros" and then there's a couple of others that have always been niice to me no matter how much an excretory opening I've been.  .)
  So anyway I won't apoligize for doing far less bad things than most, but will try to be a more considerate player because I agree that some of the others are indeed trying.
