Looks like he just has really bad packet loss.  He's not moving faster than anybody else, just really choppy.

Is this type of consistant packet loss with no ping spikes normal? His ping never went of 130 or under 90.

If it was his ISP normally there would be fluxing of ping and or warping and visable 'freezing'. Thats what I get when I have anykind of packetloss.

Are there settings in the console that could cause this?

Thank you both for looking at this.

I think ping is normal, i have lots of packetloss if there are more than 6 players on the server (other post under help or so). Then i realy lag, or i have a standig picture, but my ping stays on 30-35.

He could be on a shared network connection and/or be downloading things while playing.

File Bandwith Used: 19.35 Mb
File Size: 1.02 Mb

How does that work? 1.02 doesn't divide evenly into 19.35 at all..
19.35 / 1.02 = 18.9705882
How the hell did that happen..

If someone starts downloading the file then cancels, bandwidth is used..

But it could also be estimated or approximated.

There's also overhead in the packet headers, packet loss causing packets to be re-sent, etc, and it could be measuring up and down bandwidth, maybe?

Are they measuring bytes as 1000 bits or 1024 bits ?

I had considered this, and did the math, and it didn't come out.

it simply takes the filesize, and adds it to the overall bandwidth used when the file is downloaded, so it should always divide evenly.

See, right now it's at;
File Bandwith Used: 22.4 Mb
File Size: 1.02 Mb
File Downloaded: 22 times

and  22 x 1.02 = 22.44.

File Bandwith Used: 19.35 Mb
File Size: 1.02 Mb

How does that work? 1.02 doesn't divide evenly into 19.35 at all..
19.35 / 1.02 = 18.9705882
How the hell did that happen..

Perhaps someone was just downloading it at the time? :)
