The game will only die because of all the liners and campers in every server and they never stop...and their team never tells them to stop...so that would be the onyl reason for the game to die.

I can beat them...they just make me mad that no matter how many times you kill them they go back to the same place and camp more...and then they hide until you get the flag and then come out and kill you.

Then start to look for them there. Go around, come in from a side they aren't expecting, and hit them. So long as that spot gets them kills, they'll keep going to it.

You don't know how good I am so be quiet....you have no idea what part of the game im good at and what part im not.
@Eiii ~ Sometimes I think they leave their spot because they hide until the flag is taken....then they come out and the person who has the flag doesn't know where they are and they get killed.

Sounds like those people are doing a pretty decent job of playing the game. Hiding's not a crime, and it's a pretty good idea if you know where your target is going.

For all of you who think that this game is dying out:
There are 1227 players registered on the GlobalLogin within 6 or 7 days, who have formed about 200 clans.
On the old test database have been more than 3000 accounts.

When I started to play this game 3 years ago, there have been 10 new forum posts / week. Now there are about 20 in an hour.
Same with the servers, there have been 5 active ones. GT Pub 1 / Pub 2, Apex Pub 1-3. Now each clan has like 5 public and 3 match servers.

This game is DEFINATELY NOT dying.

Clan scene is pretty low though. There doesn't seem to be any new players coming in to the known clan scene, although there are many that could be there. I think someone mentioned it earlier we need a way of getting these pub players into irc and forming structured clans. Thats probably a #1 priority for us.

We need clans that are respectable. The few clans that have gobbled up all the good players are jerks, and the rest of the clans suck. And are jerks.

I think a league would help this, but it'd just get dominated by the good clans, which would make no clans play, which would cause it to ultimately fail.
