NSIS ERROR installing build 019 Please Help!!!!

I heard about the new versiopn of dp2 and i decided to install it and when it was done an error popped up.

                             NSIS ERROR
The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete. Thie could be a result of a damaged disk, failed download or a virus.

You may want to contact the author of this installer to obtain a new copy.

It may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line switch (NOT RECOMMENDED

Can someone plese help me with this?

Sounds like you need to re-download the file.  It probably got corrupted or is incomplete.  Where are you downloading it from?

I'm downloading it from dp2 website in files build 019 full.exe and then it comes up at sourceforge website

If I read correctly, you haven't RE-downloaded build19 and tried to re-install?  If I'm right, please do so, if not, please correct me.

On that websites there are several possible solutions to your problem, and yeah, I was thinking the same thing y00tz was thinking.

well actually 2 months ago i got rid of it since i was going to off computer for 2 months and now i come back tried to download build 019 but the darn NSIS ERROR popps up even when i triy to download a anti-spyware protection.

Where can i download build 018 so i can update it from there

Sounds like either:

a) Your internet connection (corrupting or truncating downloads).
b) Your hard drive (corrupting files).
c) Your memory (corrupting data in memory).

Try deleting and re-downloading the installer, and if that doesn't work, you might want to run some hard drive and  memory checks.  I'd suggest running memtest86 off of the ultimate boot CD or maybe prime95.
