A problem that could cause lost interest in matchin
« on: September 07, 2007, 02:52:49 PM »
We was matchin j4-t.

And We was winning. So with like 1 min 40 secs They added more time to the clock. So i asked them why they did it and i get no reply. So we go on with the match tryna reach 50 since I think we had 45. So skitzo had to leave and beam was there to replace him. When he goes to replace him, ME says he cant replace him since we didnt allow KAOS whos not in j4-t to sub in. BEAM is in my clan and hes fillin in. So they then kick beam and say we forfeit or something like that. So I continued the match for a minute then disconnected.  And they did agree that it was a match.

I conclude sayin
I just don't get why people are like this really. It's a disgrace to the game itself.  it is the new-2year old player's who think they own the world.
I guess things will never really change.

I was told not to post this but i was told more to post this.

SO here it is

P.S.  ALWAYS USE GT, CH1LL, OTB, OR MEMI servers to match THANK YOU

For whoever wanna see how it went down heres the demo.

I used zip cause it wouldnt let me post dm2 file---dont know why

I think you gave your own solution. Play on a match server that doesn't allow them to do such things.

Or go in IRC to find a match so you wont need to match j4-t..

I figured they was bigger than this and agreed to do it in mayhems server.

It did piss me off at first but now im cool, I just want people to see a reason why people lose interest in matching.

They was in our server and they ASKED US to do it. At first we wasnt but since skitzo and mayhem had a history together,  I figured it would be fun. So we accepted.

I can understand atmays's anger. Many can relate. Do people need to be so serious about playing a game? If so, what gratification do they get out of it? Do they feel better about themselves, making their ego inflate, or just the need to act even more immature then they already are?

(Problem)
Matching in DP:

1. How do you hone skills with out variance?

2. How can you expect respect when you give none.

Not one person has ever or ever will define how combat goes. In any scenario.

I also teach / profess this in a practical sense.

I am not the best but I know and respect them (winner or loser) and in turn they will know and respect best.

Sadly there are are more tacky members that have low IQ's (not including hellhoundz ;) ) than there are respectable players. Too many people take this game very seriously, like their lives were at risk.

First OFF if you say you claim you know what goes on in this game then you would know that gotmtdew runs DeW, matterfact he was on playin tonight with the DeW tag on. Im in uR we left DeW we didnt jus change the name. So speak what you know not what you think you know.
