Read what I said. Jitspoe hasn't checked the hacking log in about a month or so. Painke's ban for modified content was issued about 2 weeks ago (if I remember correctly) therefore he still had like 2 weeks to use Penix.

I've been pretty busy and there has been a huge surge in cheating the last couple of weeks for whatever reason.

Edit: And Painke was obviously evading his ban, now that I look at it. His old ban hasn't expired yet.

Was he on a host mask ban, or a simple full IP ban?
Normally, Germans don't have static IPs, so evading bans is kind of easy. Though, banning host masks leads to exclusion of a lot of innocent people from playing.
