So assuming you are against cheating what would you do to lessen the cheating in the game?

I personally think this would help.

 Hello

What is this grace period we are talking about? Dictionary didnt really help me, because knowing the exact meaning of the word doesnt help me understand the actual concept we are talking about.

Please

Honestly, I'm not even sure what it would mean myself.  It doesn't matter.  It's not happening.

Too bad DP isn't like other games that use valve or punkbuster to perm ban people.  People should be banned indefinitely or pay Jitspoe to get unbanned just like having to buy a new game in other cases.  It's the fact that the ban period is only 32 days so people think what the hell I'll just come back in a month or evade.  If there were permanent hardware bans and you had to pay to come back I'm sure the amount of people hacking would decrease.

If dp had punkbuster to perm ban the people then you wouldn't see half of this community and only about like 100-200 players would still be here.

He' suggesting that if we had punkbuster there wouldnt be so much people hacking. So your statement doesnt really make sense.

I'm not really saying we need punkbuster but at least make people pay Jitspoe to play again instead of just waiting a month and coming back.  Would get this game some money and turn people off the idea of hacking.

My original post also questioned why Impactz and Annal(Clon3d) are not banned yet. This is getting pretty sad. The evidence is very conclusive, yet no action is made.

I understand if they are hacking they are using modded maps so jitspoe may be holding off.

We can't vote on a ban until a poll is put up by the owner of the thread or jitspoe, and I just realised that that thread had made it onto the 3rd page in the committee forum.  A few of us have decided on a ban for Impactz, so once the poll is up I don't think it will take that long to ban him.  So much new stuff has just come into the forums :/.

...bans can be paid off, it's just no one has ever done it before.

Jitspoe doesn't do that anymore, the idea was given up on pretty much as soon as he posted about it. Something about it not being worth it as no one paid for it so he gave up on the idea.
