every single thing you do on internet/network is trackable and viewable to owners of the game/webiste and to governments. Therefore what you say online can be used accountable against you or with you. For example: if you threat some player/user online that "I will kill you", you could be charged for 3rd degree murder( whatever its called )--- That's if he deciedes to take action.

You can spoof Mac adresses as well, very simple, its as easy as changing IP adress. That is why GLS bans your "Hardware I.D". Since its virutally impossible to spoof it yet.

His hardware was banned.  Either he's playing from a different computer at another location, or it's a different person.
