Upload is bad today, usually around 20.

Slower than it usually is, last time it was 71 download speed, and upload speed was about 15.

Not really good connection, still better than 2Mbit it was recently (20Mbit now).

Not a new ISP, just a smaller local one. They get their bandwidth through Eastlink. Paying around 60$ a month for 20 mbps down, 1 mbps up.
