Jitspoe won't count it as evidence, nor will he do something about it, however server admins have the right to ban them. And personally, I think darkness SHOULD be global banned because of his help in the "dpch33t1ng" scene.

No but there is evidence that atleast one member of their clan is, most of the members live in the same town and go to school together, which means that they could easily pass the hack out among each other and have no one find out because they are all friends in real life.
