but i have a question: that silver menu doesn't work
do i also have to put it in paintball2/pball?

For some reason that .pak file doesn't want to work. And I don't have time to look into it right now. So, just download the zip version instead:

Unzip that to your "paintball2" folder, not your "paintball2\pball" folder.

Go into the "controls" menu, and under "misc" you can set a bind for that menu. Or, you can just type "menu loc" in the console.
