Your system is terrible honestly.  Nowhere in the military do you find such a bad setup.

                                         Lt. Cl.
                                            l
                                          Maj.
                                            l
                                          Cpt.
                                            l
                                          /  \
                                    Lt.(1)  Lt.(2)
                                     l              l
                                    / \           / \
                                   /   \         /   \
                                  /     \       /     \
                        Sgt.(1)Sgt.(2)Sgt.(3)Sgt.(4)
                           l          l            l        l
                       Cpl.(1)  Cpl.(2)  Cpl.(3) Cpl.(4)
                           l           l           l        l
                          /\         /\         /\      /\
                         /  \       /  \       /  \    /  \
                      P.1 P.2 P.3 P.4 P.5 P.6 P.7 P.8

Okay if a LtC is just over 1 Major, and 1 Major is just over 1 Captain, why even have the LtC and the Major? Why not just the Captain giving orders, instead of playing telephone from the LtC.

No, there are not yet 21 members, but I hope to get more, and if that does happen, I willl slightly change the stucture, for example, add another Private in each squad, or add another squad to each platoon, or add another platoon, etc.
As for clockwork, it may look a little confusing, but once it's up and properly being used, the higher ups will take care of the complicated things, and it will be very simple, by the way, anyone who is in BUSHIDO, please post here and let me know, even if you already have, so that I know for sure who's in and who's not.

Sorry, I just saw yootz's post, so I'm sorry about the double post.
Anyway, the reason it is setup to bad is because we don't have enough people to make a more realistic setup. It might get better when we get more people, but this will have to do for now.
Also, the Captian organizes the troops, the Major takes care of technical things, and the Lt.Cl. does server related things. Basicaly the Major is there for the things not important enough to bother the Lt.Cl. with, and the Captian takes care of the lower people. So, the COs are more or less high versions of each other, the higher they go, the more advanced, except for a few things that are not the same in lower COs of course.

What do you mean? Also, it's not complete control, it's jsut a pass determining and responsibility sort of thing, and if people have officers to follow the intructions of, then it would be easier to organize people for clan games, meetings, etc.

It will not work, ranks never have in games.  Also, I think Soldier knows it won't but just wants to raise his post count.

No yootz, I do not just want to raise my count, I don't even know what you get to do with higher levels, so what would I care, the reason I posted poll in the first place was to find anyone in BUSHIDO, and possibly get more members. I posted the chart for trev.
Also, bitmate, it is spelt Saergants.
One more thing, a little off topic. Why is everyone giving me bad karma, just please tell me what I am doing that you don't like and I will try to stop. Also, please no bad karma for this post.

You been here for 10 days and you have 80 posts.  I've been here for two years and only have twice that.

Look how many posts you make per day: Posts:     82 (7.455 per day)

Even Jitspoe, the maker of the game, admin of the forums etc makes half as much as you: 6685 (3.117 per day)

I do have a question for you soldier:

In a server today, you said you were a member of VTX. So are you a member of 2 clans?

Also, bitmate, it is spelt Saergants.

Learn to use the spell check button because it is still spelled wrong.

One more thing, a little off topic. Why is everyone giving me bad karma, just please tell me what I am doing that you don't like and I will try to stop. Also, please no bad karma for this post.

Bitmate had it right when he said excessive spamming.

Too bad my 730 hours isn't up on you.  :P

You spam excessively too... all you ever post is simple minded 4 word phrases that add nothing to the overall meaning of the thread.
