how do i update them? also when iv got the new drivers running it freezes faster. when i delet the new driver it takes longer to freeze......

Try adding the following settings to your config file or type them at the console:

set gl_swapinterval 1
set cl_sleep 1

i can only save 1 to my configeration. adn when i save to to my console in game, i quit game and go back in and ther not there anymore.

Use seta instead of set.  That will archive (save) the settings.

u do mean at the main munu of the game a? then u go to the bottem and click on console the type it in then press enter then do the next 1?

EDIT:also i deleted that driver that the guy gave me on page to (it was called "link" and its the 1st post on the 2nd page) i downloaded it again is that the right thing to do?

Well, when you have a Radeon Xpress 200 it means you should have 256 MB of ram available.  It shares it, but it's dynamic in the way it shares it.  The processing power is minimal, as well as the memory clock, but I see know reason why it shouldn't run PB at a playable framerate...
