Reply to Blaa: (I don't want to quote the whole thing)
1- He couldn't post on forums/get good feedback - got forum banned, so he left the community for a little. Nobody is going to stay around trying to help, if they feel their help is unwanted. He wanted to help the game, not marry it. It was him showing remorse, unlike the rest of us.
2- I'm the only one who really mocked DP in the goodbye threads, then people followed me by making their "fake" ban threads. So if the "banned forever & ever for those funny goodbye dp threads" applies, it should only apply to me. So stop flaming the entire group, over that. Well, and Reaver who still hasn't given in his cheats and claims he hasn't used them....
3- These "newbies" have served 160+ days, and want their ban time reviewed, like they were told it would have been originally. As I stated in another thread, we were all given distribution bans as it appeared there was a lot of distribution going on - so Jitspoe did that to simplify any possible mistakes, until he could get to the bottom of it. Now he has, so we want it to be reviewed. People may still get 256+ days etc.. - or keep their 1024 - it's not saying we're all getting unbanned. I didn't see you flipping out when certain distributors in this community only had to serve maybe 200 days out of their 1024, etc.. The threads pushed it over the top more than known distributors? and players who have cheated 4+ times? Alright.
4- Banning and unbanning are two separate things. Banning involves going through logs etc... unbanning is much quicker, as far as I know.
5- I don't know what you're talking about, with the "talking about how they have hacked in css and other games" - cause nobody that I was playing with did. Although, I only started playing with them again when my first semester finished, so a few weeks ago. Cheating on steam is silly.
6- Yes, we did go to Jitspoe to show the cheat. I gave in all the information the same day I got banned. I'm pretty sure Chalk and Idias did the same. We weren't trying to hide anything. Reaver is probably one of the one ones who hasn't given anything in, yet.
But regardless, I'm completely cool with being kept banned. Don't want to start a rage-war from the community, since mocking the game on forums, like they all do on IRC (Everything said in those ban threads, have been said on this forum beforehand anyways) etc.. is far worse than cheating 4+ times, and distributing, right blaa? Didn't see you complaining when they came back to the community.... Nobody complains that those who argue how Jitspoe hacked their computer, or continually deny they cheated for like a month, before giving in info, get banned. Oh well, dp2 community <3 the most inconsistent community.
